Pineapple Chutney

      Title: Pineapple Chutney
 Categories: Chutney, Indian
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Fresh pineapple; chopped
    1/2 c  Fresh coconut; grated
      1 c  Yogurt
      1 ts Mustard seeds
      1 sm Serrano; deseeded
    1/2 ts Fresh ginger; grated
      1 c  Water
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  With an electric grinder, grind the coconut, mustard seeds, serrano,
  ginger, and salt. Combine mixture with the yogurt. In the meantime,
  cook the pineapple in water, covered, over low heat for 5 minutes.
  Mash lightly with a wooden spoon and add to the yogurt sauce. Mix
  well, heat, and take off the stove before mixture comes to a boil.
