    Title: Fruit Frolic

    Yield: 2 Servings

    1 Mango or any pulpy fruit
    1 c Yogurt
    1 pn Green cardamom
    1 tb Nuts; crushed

    Chop fruit and put with yogurt and cardamom powder through a blender.
    Mix in nuts and chill well before serving.
