10 sm Potatoes
4 tb Yogurt
1/2 ts Turmeric
2 ts Coriander powder
2 ts Cumin powder
3 tb Oil
2 ts Salt
2 c Water
Black pepper powder;
- to taste
Boil potatoes in water with their jackets. When cool, peel, prick
with a fork, and set aside. Heat oil in a wok. Mix powders and salt
in yogurt and spread evenly over the potatoes. Put potatoes into
heated oil and stir-fry until all liquid is absorbed and potatoes are
a golden brown. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
