Wash potatoes then slice them, skin and all, as if preparing for fried
potatoes. Spread thick slices on foil. Pour oil and seasoning into
cup and mix. Take small brush and cover the potato slices with the
mixture, lightly. Place potato slices under broiler and brown on both
sides.
