2 c Water
1 c Buckwheat groats
1 md Yellow onion
1 tb Soy oil
1/2 c Bean sprouts
1/2 c Celery; with leafy tops,
- chopped
1 ts Vegetable salt
Boil water in saucepan until bubbling. Slowly pour in buckwheat groats
while stirring. Put on lid and turn fire to simmer for 10 to 15
minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and add chopped onion and
celery, bean sprouts, oil, and salt. Stir these in quickly and
replace lid as fast as possible. Turn fire off and allow to steam for
15 minutes.
