And I think that's it. The main reason that we haven't seen any cases is because of the corruption of the courts. There were bigger fish to fry, but I think we are going to start seeing this getting fixed.

it should be going on for weeks and months... 3-4 days... Okay... BUT
you should not be counting votes weeks after the election is held
while... Truck loads of ballots are magically found to win a race.
If your ballot doesn't make it in by election day @ 4pm local time it doesn't get counted. Period!!!
So, yes... its up to the State to come up withe the time and place...
But the feds do regulate the processes in what the Constitution says.
