  • How to poll areafix for dove-net

    Ive been trying to figure out what i need to put in the message to download all of the messages in dove-net.. This is a fresh install and finally have my fortigate firewall setup and ready to rock with my statics.

    You don't need to send a message to download messages from Dove-Net. After you create your QWK account on Vertrauen, the messages should automatically be downloaded when your BBS logs into Vertrauen with your QWK account.

    QWK networks don't support "areafix" per se, but many BBSes (including all Synchronet BBSes) do support remote QWK control commands:
