Title: Vegetable Pakora (Vegetable Fritters)

Yield: 1 Batch
2 c Chickpea flour
1 c Cauliflower; shredded
1/2 c Potato
1/2 c Spinach
1 bn Green onions
1 pn Baking soda
1 ts Coriander seed
Ghee; for deep frying
1/4 ts Black pepper
3 Red peppers; up to 4
Salt
Peel and shred the potato. Finely chop the spinach and onion. Grind
the coriander seed, red peppers, and black peppers to a fine paste.
Mix all the above ingredients with water until batter resembles
pancake mixture. Heat ghee. To cook, form round balls with the batter
and drop one at a time into hot ghee. Turn with a slotted spoon and
cook until done. Remove and drain. Serve hot with chutney.
